Datastrong’s solution was to improve an existing sitewide license of MicroStrategy, Informatica, and Oracle Database, to build an HR Data Warehouse and deliver enhanced reporting. This also included reporting for Core HR, Profile Manager, Talent Acquisition, Career Boards, and ePerformance. Our team leveraged agile methods using 2 week sprints, with priorities set during weekly collaborative meetings with the client. As a result, end users experienced improved ease of use and enhanced interaction, gaining the ability to produce reports that are more specific to business needs. Datastrong’s solution improved HR practices for all 37,000 bureau employees.
